Get Fit While You Sit! This class is geared specifically to Older Adults 60+ and is designed to improve endurance, strength, flexibility and balance. All exercises will be performed while seated in a chair! Instruction is geared towards all senior age groups, abilities and fitness levels, including those not currently active. 'The Golden Hour’ is a popular, gentle workout, designed to strengthen all muscle groups, enhance bone development, and increase flexibility.
