Basic Business Listings, Priority Business Listings, Small Rectangle Ads, Large Rectangle Ads, & Skyscraper Ads

Please read the following Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a business listing or advertisement space on Senior Service Directory you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein:

1. As the purchaser of an advertisement, you agree that all information you provide is true.
2. Reciprocal links are not required, but are encouraged.
3. All adult websites, drugs, sex, and illegal content of any kind are strictly prohibited, and will not be accepted for live posting on Senior Service Directory.
4. All business listing submissions and advertisement designs are subject to full approval by Senior Service Directory, and any portion of the listing and/or advertisement designs may be edited and adjusted before being posted live on the website.
5. For all basic and priority business listings, Senior Service Directory reserves the right to make final decisions regarding which category or categories under which your business profile will be posted. These decisions may change or be altered at any time in order to give your business proper exposure, and to ensure the maximum effectiveness of Senior Service Directory at all times for end consumers.
6. Business listing submissions and/or advertisements may be rejected for any reason at the discretion of Senior Service Directory.
7. In the event that your advertising purchase is rejected, you will be issued a full refund within 5 business days.
8. As the purchaser of a business listing or advertisement space, you agree to accurately follow all instructions and guidelines throughout the sign up process.
9. You may cancel your business listing and/or advertisement on Senior Service Directory at any time without penalty.  Please note that if you are on automatic recurring payments, in order to avoid the concurrent payment to follow, you must cancel at least 5 business days prior to your recurring billing date to avoid another charge to your credit card.
10. You agree to allow Senior Service Directory to send you emails to the contact email address you have provided, including those regarding your business listing and/or advertisement space, promotional offers, marketing, company newsletters, service offerings, or any other additional information. Your email address is very important to us, and it will only be used for company purposes, and will never be shared with any third parties. You may also unsubscribe at any time.

Refund Policy

In the event that your advertisement purchase is rejected by Senior Service Directory for any reason, you will be promptly issued a full refund within 5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You are not bound by any long term commitments to Senior Service Directory and you may cancel your advertisement at any time without penalty.  

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you are on an automatic recurring billing schedule, to avoid another charge to your credit card, you must cancel your advertisement at least 5 business days prior to your recurring billing date.

Advertisement Delivery Policy

When you purchase an advertisement on Senior Service Directory, it will take the following amount of time before your advertisement is approved and posted live on our website:

Basic and Priority Listings:    48 hours

Panel Advertisements (without Senior Service Directory graphic design service):    Up to 5 Business Days

Panel Advertisements (with Senior Service Directory graphic design service):  Will vary depending on the number of design revisions required before client is 100% satisfied.



Terms and Conditions for Business Members

All business memberships are free of charge when non-inclusive of any advertisement space or business listing profile on Senior Service Directory.  Please read the following Terms and Conditions. By registering your business with Senior Service Directory you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein:

1. By registering your business for membership, you agree that all information you provide is true.
2. Reciprocal links are not required, but are encouraged.
3. All adult businesses, drugs, sex, and illegal operations of any kind are strictly prohibited, and will not be accepted for membership of any kind on Senior Service Directory.
4. All business memberships are subject to full approval by Senior Service Directory.
5. You agree to allow Senior Service Directory to send you emails to the contact email address you have provided, including those regarding your business listing, promotional offers, marketing, company newsletters, service offerings, or any other additional information. Your email address is very important to us, and it will only be used for company purposes, and will never be shared with any third parties. You may also unsubscribe at any time.

Terms and Conditions for Consumer Members
 
All consumer memberships on Senior Service Directory are complimentary and free of charge. Please read the following Terms and Conditions. By registering for a consumer membership, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein:

2. You agree to accurately follow all instructions and guidelines throughout the sign up process.
3. You agree to allow Senior Service Directory to send you emails to the contact email address you have provided, including those regarding promotional offers, marketing, company newsletters, service offerings, or any other additional information. Your email address is very important to us, and it will only be used for company purposes, and will never be shared with any third parties. You may also unsubscribe at any time.
