Would never allow another family member to be placed here! My mother was placed here for short term rehab. While physical therapy did a good job getting her back on her feet, this facility is significantly understaffed, therefore patients receive inadequate physical care. Cleanliness is sadly lacking. By the time food gets to patients, it is cold. Phone calls and emails with concerns go unanswered. COVID swept through the place when she was set to go home and she tested positive and was quarantined with another patient for two more miserable weeks. Only another medical emergency with her heart got her out of there so that we could safely get her home. Rating of 1
