TERRIBLE PLACE!! I have tried to call several times to speak with a supervisor, administrator, coordinator or director and no one is answering. My mother was admitted there yesterday about 2pm she wasn’t given her night medication or nebulizer treatment which is needed for her quality health. At 3pm yesterday she ask for her walker and was told they will bring it but never brought it…smh. Someone needs to call me ASAP!! This is horrible…also about the food my mom doesn’t eat meat but they don’t accommodate that…smh. I’m waiting for a call back I left several voicemails. It’s is now 11:45am I’m calling and no one answering….HORRIBLE communication and care!!
