As a former president I think everybody knows how I feel about Dundee Manor. However I also believe in doing what is right and giving credit where it's due. it pains me to say this but you were absolutely right about the contractor I had to work on my house. For what the former tax assessor told me recently, evidently he has done no work on the house. I called him out of this and told him that I was going to notify any and every organization I could to report him. I also wanted you to be aware of the fact that he is planning on suing you. The day he brought my estimate out to Dundee he tripped over one of those concrete slabs in the parking lot. Ever since then all I've heard was how much pain he's in and how he couldn't do the work and how it the last time I talked to him he mentioned the fact that he was thinking six figures. It is very interesting to note that he is in too much pain to work on my house but he is able to work on other houses. Like I said this is probably the last thing I can do for Dundee but when a creek is a crook then things change. It is bad enough what he put me through but trying to get extra money by suing you it's completely uncalled for. Just so you know.
