The management is useless. They treat their floor staff terribly. Once the DON and ED decide they don't like you, you may as well quit because they will create the most toxic work environment trying to get you out. They allow staff to speak hatefully to residents and each other. The language used, especially by the DON, is awful. I would never send any of my family members to this facility.
