The home does not utilize saline for flushing catheters or for wet to dry dressings to heal coccyx and buttock wounds. I have never been to a nsng home that did not use saline. There are staff there that spend a lot of time trying to get other staff into trouble. The rooms are tolerable, but one room got bed bugs and mgmt does not know how to get rid of them. Only extreme heat will kill them. The food is alright. Resident happiness would be higher if more staff were working and not calling off all the time. I would give a rating of one.
