Raven Anderson on 06 Oct 2023 :
This facility deserves no stars. It is one of the worst places I've ever worked at. Firstly they ask you to excuse the mess due to renovations, but I have a feeling that even if they weren't renovating, the place would still be a mess. The place is ran by people who couldn't care less about their employees let alone the residents they're supposed to be taking caring for. If you have family here that you actually care about I highly suggest moving them somewhere else for better treatment and care. If you're a healthcare provider, please save yourself the stress and do not work here. They will take advantage of you, your time, and your pay. They deducted pay from me for a lunch break I did not receive and when I asked why was told because federal law mandates a break be taken, so they have to take it out whether you took one or not. If you know your labor laws then you'd know there is no such state or federal law mandating breaks for employees unless said employee is under the age of 16 and even if there were, they still can't deduct pay for time that you worked, it is illegal. I'll be filing a wage claim with the department of labor soon. Just a warning for all family members of loved ones and healthcare providers, steer clear of this place. You'll regret it if you don't.
