Zero stars Reported concerns and was ignored Blatantly neglectful and I spoke up to ALL personnel and refused to investigate Ignoring patients and leaving them alone for hours I’ve seen this and reported Unhygienic and soiled Refusal to help patient I reported and was ignored and intimidated too Floor nurse s and sup nurse and head and email to NHC Nothing That’s why they have stars They don’t treat patients fairly or with any dignity or respect or care Unattended MANY times for long times Mainly one unit I witnessed and I did all I could and they still being incompetent and unfair refusing to release records Records department continuously lying about mailing and emailing Have to contact attorney to get records I guess Awful place and to be like this at person and families most sensitive time shows the aggrievances and callousness throughout entire facility Food ok Staff neglectful and does NOT give family or patient any info ever of plan of treatmentOverall ZEROThey acted all nice but once you see how certain staff treat residences and then their supervisor does NOTHING and then you tell next person who ALSO does nothing because they don’t and won’t investigate. Got extremely bad and dept head knows state of affairs and did nothing and never spoke to me about what I saw and reported She wanted no issues and said adm also on this team they have.Feel bad for patients left I saw yelled at and ignored and unvisited.
