My experience working here was horrible. Reading these recent reviews are seriously a joke especially the most recent on about it being well maintained and that the residents care is 10/10. COMPLETE LIE. This place treated me and others very poorly. The constant disrespect is way too much. Nothing is ever done even when following “chain of command”. It’s every one for themselves here there is no teamwork. The residents are constantly complaining about the aides and they never do anything about it. Its sad to even see how they treat them. I would NEVER recommend anyone coming and working here. If I could give a 0 i would, no one cares. Admin only cares for themselves and they treat the employees like garbage. The only people who “love” this place are the same ones who are lazy and dont do anything in the building. Everyone always has a nasty attitude and are always complaining about coming to work. They give the residents horrible attitudes and when someone complains you can see the favoritism. People gone from the hallways at all times. The LIST GOES ON. Dont be fooled by these employees giving 5 stars and lying on these reviews. They should be embarrassed for lying. Dont bring your family here. Find a better place. And dont even work here. Its embarrassing to even say i worked for these people, save yourself and dont come here.
