My aunt was in that facility for ventilation and stroke care. The third day being there she was found on the floor. She is paralyzed with very little movement so it’s a mystery how she fell on the floor. They should’ve taken better precaution with her care. The patient beds have no railings. Last week my aunt was admitted in the hospital due to the fall, she is currently hospitalized. The nursing home has more cons than pros. The facility furniture is raggedy and the rooms aren’t well kept. The staff seemed friendly and attentive. The security team isn't secure. The administrator team refused to give the family the incident report. The negligence is acceptable and unethical. We need a thorough investigation in regards to this matter.
