Peggie Bell on 01 Jun 2023 :
My aunt was there for almost four years; it was absolutely terrible. If I'd had any authority, I would have moved her out the first week. She was physically neglected and abused, ridiculed, and got terrible care. Just walking in the door, the overwhelming smell of urine smacks you in the face. Staff never seemed to be around, were rude every time I visited, and I questioned whether my aunt was even getting her meds most of the time. As they are the only nursing home in Liberty, they have a captive clientele. If I could give a minus five star rating, I would. And we were unable to get an incident report when she supposedly fell and was left lying on the floor for hours. She hated the food; we often brought things in for her which she ate voraciously. She was very unhappy there and begged her son to take her home but he couldn't care for her. I wish she'd been on Hospice; perhaps that would have helped. I wouldn't put a dog I hated at White Water Commons; this place has obviously gotten false reviews and they change their name frequently, I believe to hide.
